📋 Description

• Define and execute the product area strategy for Identity, Access, and Security inside the VDR • Own authentication and email platform services, including the long-term roadmap and technical debt reduction with engineering • Uncover product opportunities through user interviews, surveys, behavioral analytics, support and feedback analysis, market and competitor research, data analysis, experimentation, and stakeholder collaboration • Prioritize opportunities and solutions based on user reach, impact, ROI, technical feasibility, and business risk • Maintain a balanced roadmap across innovation, optimization, technical excellence, and cross-functional initiatives • Define and communicate product requirements through interactive prototypes, PRDs, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria • Collaborate with engineers, designers, UX writers, and data analysts to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions • Coordinate shared identity, access, and security initiatives across Ideals products • Contribute to go-to-market strategy, launch plans, positioning, and messaging with marketing • Measure post-launch success and iterate based on data and feedback • Participate in screening, product expertise, problem discovery, home task, product strategy, and competency-based interviews as part of the assessment process

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes • Proven experience across the full product lifecycle – from discovery to go-to-market and post-release activities • Skilled in using both customer insights and data to inform product decisions • Ability to turn industry and market trends into clear product strategies • Passion for delivering intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful experiences • Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) in daily product work to multiply output and reduce time spent on research, documentation, data analysis, and routine tasks • Experience working on technically complex features, platform services, or integrations and collaborating closely with engineering teams • Excellent collaboration, communication, and English proficiency (C1 level) • Experience owning authentication, identity and access management, or security features in B2B SaaS (e.g., SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM provisioning, MFA, passwordless login) • Experience with AI-powered or risk-based security features (e.g., anomaly detection, suspicious sign-in detection) • Understanding of M&A, fundraising, or other financial operations
