📋 Description

• Design end-to-end product flows, including information architecture, empty states, error states, permissions, and interactive prototypes • Raise the visual quality of data-dense screens • Build and maintain a documented design system in Figma • Hand off clear, buildable specifications and work with engineers through launch, checking the shipped result • Own brand and marketing design, including the website, sales decks, one-pagers, and social • Run discovery and usability testing with product, engineering, and customers • Own design across product and brand for a US B2B SaaS company • Serve as the main design voice on a lean team • Work closely with product, engineering, and the founders • Report to the Head of Product

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS • Portfolio showing shipped web or SaaS products with strong UX and visual craft • Experience designing products used by a large number of people • Understanding of front-end concepts, especially reusable UI components and frameworks • Daily use of AI tools in design work, including ideation, prototyping, and design-to-code • Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping • Comfortable working as a generalist across product and brand • Strong written English and comfort working asynchronously • Nice to have: Fintech or other regulated, data-heavy products • Nice to have: Experience as the first or only designer at a startup • Nice to have: HTML/CSS, Storybook, and Linear
