BotCity is a software platform that enables enterprises to build, orchestrate, govern, and scale automation based on code (notably Python) and computer vision. It provides a cloud orchestrator, developer tooling, session and infrastructure management, security and compliance features, and integrations with major cloud and office platforms to centralize governance and reduce risks from unmanaged scripts (Shadow Python). BotCity targets enterprise IT and automation teams, offering SaaS delivery, orchestration, observability (KPIs/insights), and support for deploying automations across VMs, containers and serverless environments.

📋 Description

• Design end-to-end experiences from initial sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity, responsive prototypes across product modules • Review implemented features before release to ensure fidelity and consistency • Define success metrics for design initiatives and track post-launch impact using product analytics and user feedback • Apply accessibility and usability best practices across deliverables • Produce high-fidelity screens and detailed specifications in Figma in English and Brazilian Portuguese • Help build and evolve BotCity’s Design System with the UX Lead and front-end team • Analyze existing functionality and propose UX improvements to reduce friction and improve user efficiency • Build interactive prototypes to test usability and communicate complex flows • Support product discovery with the UX Lead and PM through qualitative interviews, user journey mapping, and validation with B2B clients • Convert research findings into UX artifacts such as User Journey Maps and Personas • Document and share insights with the team • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align design solutions with technical constraints and business goals • Report to the UX Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Design, or a related field • 5+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer working end-to-end on digital products • Working knowledge of accessibility standards applied to real products • Experience partnering with front-end engineers, reviewing implementation, and ensuring design fidelity • Strong experience in user testing, including remote or A/B testing • Strong UI and high-fidelity prototyping skills in Figma • Ability to design responsive interfaces across web and mobile where applicable • Experience building or contributing to Design Systems, including components, patterns, tokens, and libraries • Experience conducting qualitative interviews and usability testing • Experience mapping Critical User Journeys • Ability to translate findings into clear insights, opportunities, and recommendations • Experience with Design Thinking and Agile methodologies • Proficiency with UX/usability tools including Figma, UserTesting, and Maze • Experience with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, and Notion • Proactive and accountable ownership with good judgment • Customer-obsessed and detail-oriented approach • Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, fast-paced startup environment • Clear communication and collaborative teamwork • Portuguese — Fluent • English — Advanced • Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team • Familiarity with technical products such as developer tooling, automation, Python, or AI is a plus • Prior experience with B2B products is preferred
