📋 Description

• Turn business priorities into work engineers can pick up and ship • Break features into requirements, sequenced plans, and actionable tickets • Own a portfolio of live projects end to end, from requirements through release • Keep projects moving and maintain clear status visibility • Convert multi-part initiatives from marketing, operations, and customer experience into executable plans • Write specifications and acceptance criteria to reduce rework • Involve QA early in the process • Apply knowledge of e-commerce stacks, subscription flows, and customer journeys • Contribute to sprint processes, retrospectives, and planning cadence • Collaborate with engineers, QA, and business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in product management or technical project management • E-commerce or consumer products experience is a plus • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to write clear tickets, requirements, and status updates • Ability to keep a distributed team aligned • Comfortable with Jira and Figma • Familiarity with analytics tools • Shopify or other subscription commerce platforms experience is a plus • Candidates based in South America with substantial overlap with US business hours • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work between engineers and stakeholders • Keen to grow as a product manager
