📋 Description

• Provide telephone consultations to veterinary practitioners during regular working hours • Advise on diagnostic test selection, laboratory result interpretation, and treatment and management of medical cases • Discuss IDEXX diagnostic offerings, including test availability, specimen requirements, clinical utility, and result interpretation • Maintain and develop medical knowledge through self-directed learning, scientific meetings, internal continuing education, and literature review • Prepare newsletter articles and write or review laboratory diagnostic or service updates • Prepare other marketing, sales, or promotional material as requested • Participate in IDEXX educational and organizational meetings as required • Collaborate with Customer Support, commercial, and laboratory teams to deliver accurate, practical, clinically relevant diagnostic solutions • Support customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with potential additional customer support in English or German

🎯 Requirements

• Veterinary degree with the right to practice • Extensive hands-on experience in Small Animal Internal Medicine for experienced clinician applicants • Board certification by ECVIM or ACVIM welcomed, or additional qualifications or equivalent experience ideally supporting clinical experience • Fluency in Czech and/or Slovakian and English; additional German or Dutch language skills are an advantage • Collaborative, service-oriented approach and ability to work independently • Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning skills • Pragmatic thinking and a high degree of resilience • Computer literacy • Reliable, high-speed internet connection with minimum 100 Mb/s download and 30 Mb/s upload • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods • Ability to work from a home office and travel from time to time as required
