âą Train and support sales teams on the medical, clinical, and diagnostic aspects of the IDEXX portfolio âą Design, prepare, and deliver training for veterinarians, veterinary students, and veterinary nurses/technicians âą Contribute to the development of scientific expertise among employees of the IDEXX Reference Laboratory âą Identify training needs and recommend initiatives aligned with market and product developments âą Prepare and deliver conferences, seminars, webinars, and scientific events âą Write or contribute to technical articles, educational materials, and scientific content âą Maintain an active scientific watch and share relevant information with teams and clients âą Address complex medical and scientific questions from IDEXX clients and employees âą Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop high-value scientific content âą Contribute to the development of medical messaging related to IDEXX products, services, and diagnostic solutions âą Provide scientific support to sales teams during strategic client visits and key account meetings âą Contribute to the continuous improvement of the medical positioning of IDEXX solutions âą Develop and maintain relationships with veterinary schools and training organizations âą Establish and maintain collaborations with key opinion leaders, specialists, and industry experts âą Participate in studies, research projects, scientific publications, and academic collaborations âą Represent IDEXX at national and international congresses and professional events âą Cover Ăle-de-France and North-East France, with frequent travel within France and occasional international travel
âą Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree required âą Significant experience in clinical veterinary practice âą Strong knowledge of medical and veterinary diagnostics âą Knowledge of services provided by veterinary laboratories âą Excellent oral and written communication skills âą Confidence in public speaking and conference delivery âą Ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly to non-specialist audiences âą Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop lasting partnerships âą Strong customer focus and service orientation âą Self-motivated, well organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously âą Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally âą Professional proficiency in English âą CES in Clinical Hematology and Biochemistry and/or CEAV in Internal Medicine preferred âą Experience in training, technical support, scientific communications, or commercial activities is an advantage
