📋 Description

• Assist and guide customers through Intercom, ensuring a fast, high-quality experience • Triage and conduct initial analyses of support tickets, identifying questions, requests, and incidents • Resolve N1-level issues and escalate more complex cases to the appropriate teams • Monitor tickets and ensure SLA compliance • Record and keep support interaction information and documentation up to date • Create and update Help Center articles • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the customer experience • Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes and products • Share customer feedback and contribute to the evolution of the customer journey

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or support, particularly in a high-volume environment • Familiarity with support tools such as Intercom and Zendesk • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple requests and solve problems proactively • Affinity for technology and a strong desire to keep learning • Experience working at technology companies is a plus • University degree or technical education (listed in the structured education field; neither is explicitly stated as required in the description)
