📋 Description

• Perform regulatory compliance reviews of raw materials used in flavor industry • Determine the approval status of raw materials based on vendor documentation, current company practices, and knowledge of regulations • Collaborate with R&D, Creative, Quality Assurance, Production and cross-functional teams to address and resolve regulatory issues/tasks • Maintain and update regulatory databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance • Review and interpret global regulations for proper implementation within the company • Support regulatory initiatives and projects as needed • Collaborate closely with R&D teams to assess, document, and maintain the regulatory status of newly developed reactions, ingredients, and formulations

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or any other relevant discipline • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance preferably within the flavors, food or chemical industry • Good Knowledge in legal and safety aspects of flavors • Ability to work with defined timelines, priorities and meet demanding deadlines • Perform responsibilities with a positive attitude and an ability to work autonomously • Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills • Multi-tasker who can manage different priorities while maintaining a high level of service • Strong knowledge of global food / flavor regulation • Skilled at project management • Ability to solve problems and think creatively
