📋 Description

• Drive sales growth of Cultures and Enzymes in the Dairy segment across Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia • Identify and convert new market opportunities into long-term sustainable revenue growth • Lead pricing and contract negotiations • Apply expert price negotiation skills and develop effective price strategies to ensure optimal value for both the company and our valued customers • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations and channel partners • Plan and co-ordinate lab/production-scale trials at customer sites, supported by regional Technical Application Specialists • Translate customer needs into tailored solutions that deliver measurable value and customer loyalty • Develop and execute long-term strategic roadmaps and plans for key accounts and distributors, aligning closely with global, regional and local strategies • Monitor sales performance, forecast accuracy, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with business goals • Identify unmet customer and market needs, proactively creating opportunities to fuel pipeline growth and targets • Collaborate across functions (supply chain, customer service, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience • Represent IFF H&B at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership

🎯 Requirements

• You have a minimum of 3 years working experience • You are fluent in English language and have a valid driving license • You are a professional with a Dairy technology background having a solid practical understanding and experiences with Dairy enzymes • You are customer centric and open-minded • Strong communications & negotiation skills in English (desirable another language) • Open personality with an agile, flexible approach • Translate customer needs into value adding solutions • Result driven with ability to keep both short-term and long-term goals in mind
