📋 Description

• Architect and deliver end-to-end Generative AI solutions, from PoC to production • Design RAG pipelines, agent-based systems, and LLM orchestration layers • Evaluate and select models, frameworks, and tools based on performance and cost • Establish best practices and governance for responsible AI usage • Mentor engineering teams and translate business requirements into technical architecture • Apply domain expertise in intelligent manufacturing and supply chain solutions, including industrial technology and automation for pharmaceutical, logistics, and material processing environments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in architecture or AI engineering • Proven experience building GenAI / LLM solutions in production • Strong proficiency in Python • Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) • Practical knowledge of vector databases and embedding models • Experience deploying models via cloud APIs or self-hosted runtimes • Fluency in Portuguese • Industry experience in one or more of the following domains: Pharmaceutical technology and solutions, Supply chain automation and logistics, Technology solutions for material processing (including paper, tissue, and tobacco), Intelligent manufacturing & supply chain solutions • Experience with AI gateways and model routing (e.g., LiteLLM, Bearer) • Knowledge of LLM observability, tracing, and evaluation tools (e.g., LangSmith, Arize Phoenix) • Experience with MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and containerized environments • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) • Fluency in English
