📋 Description

• Support project managers, teams, and leaders in successfully completing projects • Serve as a reference point for project manager queries and information • Advocate for project management best practices and methodologies • Track and monitor project schedules, progress, budgets, and expenses • Ensure deadlines, scope, budget, and quality objectives are met • Communicate project risks, opportunities, roadblocks, and resource constraints to stakeholders • Identify ways to increase project profitability and reduce expenses • Act as the main point of contact for project managers, stakeholders, and team members • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management • Delegate tasks and ensure accountability for deliverables • Organize stakeholder meetings and follow up on action items • Maintain up-to-date project documentation • Track project financials, invoices, and payments • Provide administrative and project delivery support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field • PMP certification is a plus • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or management • Experience managing projects in a fast-paced, high-tech environment • Experience tracking and monitoring project schedules and budgets • Strong project management skills and understanding of project management methodologies • Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Fluent Arabic and English • Proficiency in project management tools and software • Proficient in verbal and business writing skills • Familiar with product development life cycle frameworks • Strong financial management skills and ability to analyze financial data
