📋 Description

• Develop specialized LLM agents for specific use cases, such as document processing, data analysis, and knowledge-based assistance • Design agentic workflows using tool calling, RAG, and structured data sources • Integrate AI capabilities into software applications, APIs, and automated business processes • Develop internal AI automations and AI-powered solutions for clients • Turn prototypes into robust, tested, and maintainable software • Evaluate and improve the quality, reliability, and explainability of AI solutions • Research and assess new models, agent frameworks, and AI technologies • Support the identification of suitable AI use cases and gain initial exposure to technology consulting • Collaborate with the team on internal solutions and client projects

🎯 Requirements

• You are at an advanced stage of your studies—ideally from the fourth Bachelor's semester onward or enrolled in a Master's program • You are studying computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, mathematics, business informatics, or a comparable subject • Excellent Python skills • Several independently developed, university, or professional projects completed • Practical experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, tool calling, or comparable approaches • Practical experience with at least one framework for developing LLM-based or agentic applications, such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex • Familiarity with using and integrating language models via APIs or model libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers • Good understanding of software development and initial experience with APIs, databases, Git, and automated testing • Knowledge of automation platforms such as n8n or Make is a plus, but not required • Structured and self-directed approach to work • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and understandably • Good German skills at least at B2 level, as well as good English skills • Additional advanced knowledge of machine learning or deep learning, computer vision, or mathematical or heuristic optimization is welcome but optional
