📋 Description

• Further develop and improve Parqet’s import functionality using AI agents and AI tools • Support users with issues through customer support • Orchestrate AI agents and AI tools to analyze broker documents and develop parser improvements • Critically review and quality-assure AI output for technical and formal accuracy • Build and maintain prompts, workflows, and validation routines for repeatable and reliable import improvements • Structure and standardize transaction data for import into Parqet • Communicate with the community by email to handle support requests • Document potential bugs and improvements • Collaborate with developers, Support, and Product Management to implement requirements and feedback quickly

🎯 Requirements

• Must remain enrolled as a student for at least six more months • German proficiency at C2 level (required) • Solid financial knowledge, including securities, dividends, stock splits, fees, and taxes • Ability to interpret the content of broker statements • Extensive experience with AI tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT, agents, and automation tools • Ability to reliably evaluate AI output and identify hallucinations, inconsistencies, and edge cases • Coding experience, ideally with TypeScript and Node.js (a plus, but not required) • Familiarity with CSV and PDF file formats (a plus, but not required) • Structured approach to work and a strong eye for detail • Ability to analyze problems independently and develop pragmatic solutions • Ideally, you use Parqet and have a good understanding of the product • Enthusiasm for fintech, investments, and user-friendly software • Must be authorized to work in Germany
