📋 Description

• Administer and enhance Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments, ensuring security, availability, and governance • Manage identities and access with Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, and Access Reviews • Manage corporate devices using Microsoft Intune, MDM, and MAM across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android • Deploy and manage Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and Android Enterprise • Participate in the migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, including migrating Google Drive to SharePoint Online and OneDrive • Design and administer SharePoint Online, including sites, libraries, permissions, external sharing, and retention policies • Implement and administer DLP policies using Microsoft Purview • Review and implement endpoint security policies, including BitLocker, FileVault, Microsoft Defender, and device updates • Participate in the implementation of FortiSASE and the enhancement of corporate access and security controls • Establish processes for device provisioning and preparation, image deployment, and workstation standardization • Provide N2/N3 technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex infrastructure incidents • Administer the IT asset lifecycle, including inventory, licensing, and device management • Diagnose connectivity issues involving VPN, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and corporate networks • Automate operational routines using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph • Develop technical documentation, standard operating procedures, runbooks, and support process improvements • Provide technical guidance to junior professionals, contributing to the team’s growth

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID environments • Hands-on experience managing identities, groups, permissions, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access policies • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune, including device management, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint security • Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices • Knowledge of Apple Business Manager, Windows Autopilot, and Android Enterprise • Experience administering and governing SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Google Drive • Experience with access granting, review, and revocation processes • Experience providing N2/N3 technical support and resolving complex incidents • Knowledge of endpoint security, Microsoft Defender, BitLocker, and corporate policies • Experience establishing support processes and managing IT assets • Knowledge of automating routines using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph • Advanced knowledge of networking and troubleshooting involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and connectivity • Knowledge of ITSM, monitoring, and technical documentation tools • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Miro • Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, SC-300, MS-102, or equivalent are a plus • Experience migrating from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 is a plus • Experience with Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention, and information classification is a plus • Experience in financial institutions, energy-sector companies, or regulated environments is a plus • Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS is a plus
