• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients and gather relevant information to assess case eligibility • Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to convert prospects into clients • Maintain accurate and detailed notes, updating lead status in the system as needed • Obtain all necessary signed documentation to successfully retain clients • Serve as the first point of contact, providing a professional and welcoming experience • Direct prospective clients to the appropriate resources and manage urgent matters efficiently • Assist with administrative tasks to support daily firm operations
• High School Diploma or equivalent • Previous intake experience or experience working in a law firm • Ability to handle and analyze multiple intake calls daily • Strong understanding of intake processes with a client-focused and empathetic approach • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities • High attention to detail and strong writing skills • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships • Experience with FileVine or other legal case management software is a plus • Interest in personal injury law and a strong desire to support clients during challenging situations
