📋 Description

• Design and document end-to-end technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability and reliability. • Define data models and integration architectures using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical blueprints. • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements. • Conduct technical code and configuration reviews to ensure alignment with best practices. • Lead technical discussions during Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, with at least 2+ years in a Senior role. • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Rest API. • Deep understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, or Industry Clouds). • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns (Pub/Sub, CDC, Platform Events). • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Salesforce DX, Git, Gearset) and modern CI/CD workflows. • Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Git • Bonus Skills: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/System Architect certifications; experience with MuleSoft or Tableau. • Attributes: Analytical thinker, strong communicator, and a team player dedicated to building maintainable enterprise systems.
