IMPACT ACOUSTIC® is a Swiss-based designer and manufacturer of bespoke architectural acoustic solutions, combining computational design, prototyping, and sustainable materials to improve acoustic performance and aesthetic quality in built environments. They produce a range of physical products—ceiling baffles, panels, curtains, room dividers, lighting and accessories—often made from recycled plastics and engineered materials (ARCHISONIC® series), and provide consulting services including acoustic advisory, light calculation, and sustainability consulting for architects and developers.

📋 Description

• Independently manage architectural and interior fit-out projects in the German-speaking region • Advise and support architects, general contractors, specialist planners, installation companies, and trade partners • Independently develop project opportunities and actively manage the sales process through to successful contract conclusion • Provide product and solution consulting throughout the entire project lifecycle — from the initial inquiry through planning to successful implementation • Ensure professional communication and collaboration between customers and internal teams • Coordinate an international project team composed of design and estimating • Support technical alignments and develop project-specific solutions • Proactively manage schedules, quality, risks, and customer requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in architecture, interior fit-out, construction, or project/contract business • Technical understanding of construction and interior fit-out projects • Strong spatial visualization skills • Confident handling of multiple projects simultaneously • Experience working with architects, planners, or general contractors is an advantage • Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility • Structured, organized, and solution-oriented way of working • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor with customers • Strong team orientation in an international environment • High customer focus and enjoyment in successfully bringing projects to completion • Hands-on mentality with a readiness to take on responsibility • German at native level • Very good English skills (company language)
