📋 Description
• Place phone calls to potential survey respondents from a predetermined client list • Perform from a script to ensure consistency of survey calls • Maintain standards for survey completion and call volume • Communicate respectfully and genuinely with survey respondents at all times • Maintain survey tracking documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Must have experience and background in sales or outbound campaigns • Results-driven • High school diploma or GED equivalent • 1 + year experience in outbound sales • Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), predominantly Q.A. • Experience with MS, MS Office, such as Excel, Word, etc. • Excellent English written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail or organization, ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly
