📋 Description

• Develop our presence in Supply Chain Management in collaboration with the leadership team • Manage Supply Chain Consultants • Drive innovative topics, particularly with a focus on digitalization • Expand subject-matter expertise • Design tailored Supply Chain Management service offerings for clients • Drive business development activities and leverage the extensive SCM network • Develop new market opportunities, particularly in the DACH region • Lead sales activities throughout the entire sales cycle • Represent the service portfolio and prepare customized proposals • Lead large-scale client projects • Address strategic challenges in Supply Chain Transformation, Operational Excellence, Digital SCM, and Sales & Operations Planning • Develop planning processes and Target Operating Models • Communicate at C-level

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Diploma or Master's degree, for example in business administration, economics, and/or engineering • Expert knowledge of Supply Chain Transformation • Several years of consulting experience • Proven track record of successfully and sustainably leading complex Supply Chain Transformation projects • Software expertise is advantageous but not required • Particularly valuable: experience implementing SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP • Experience with Kinaxis, o9, and OMP is advantageous for further developing the service portfolio • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent process and project management skills • Passion for business development and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities • Authenticity and the ability to build trusting relationships • Respectful communication at all organizational levels • Ability to lead, coach, and develop a committed team • Persuasive and confident communication skills in German and English • Please submit your CV in English
