📋 Description

• Develop our presence in Supply Chain Management together with the leadership team • Manage teams of Supply Chain Consultants • Advance innovative topics, particularly with a focus on digitalization • Expand subject matter expertise • Design tailored service offerings for Supply Chain Management challenges • Drive business development activities and leverage our extensive SCM network • Develop new market opportunities, particularly in the DACH region • Lead sales activities throughout the entire sales cycle • Represent our service portfolio and create customized proposals • Lead large client projects • Solve strategic challenges in Supply Chain Transformation, Operational Excellence, Digital SCM, and Sales & Operations Planning • Develop planning processes or a Target Operating Model • Communicate at C-level

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree at diploma or master’s level, for example in business administration, economics, and/or engineering • Expert knowledge of Supply Chain Transformation • Several years of consulting experience • Proven track record of successfully and sustainably leading complex Supply Chain Transformation projects • Software expertise is advantageous but not required • Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP is particularly desirable • Experience with or exposure to Kinaxis, o9, and OMP is advantageous • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent process and project management skills • Passion for business development and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities • Authentic presence and the ability to build trusting relationships • Respectful, peer-level communication across all hierarchical levels • Strong people leadership skills, with experience leading, coaching, and developing committed teams • Excellent and confident communication skills in German and English • Submit your CV in English
