📋 Description

• Develop solutions for complex customer requirements • Help shape the future of the consulting business • Connect Sales, Consulting, Product, and Delivery • Lead complex proposal and tender processes • Develop solution concepts, business cases, and proposal strategies • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Consulting, Product, and Delivery • Ensure commercially attractive and feasible customer solutions • Advance proposal processes through Generative AI and automation • Build reusable proposal assets, playbooks, and best practices • Improve quality, speed, and scalability in the bid process • Develop standardized and efficient delivery models • Use automation and AI to reduce implementation effort • Improve time-to-value, delivery excellence, and project profitability

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in Consulting, SAP Transformation, Solutioning, Presales, or Delivery Management • Understanding of business processes, technology transformations, and commercial considerations • Experience with business cases, effort estimation, pricing, and proposal management • Ability to structure complex issues and communicate them convincingly • Interest in Generative AI and its practical application in consulting • Excellent German and English language skills
