📋 Description

• Build relationships across Financial Systems teams, including Orders, Invoicing, Billing, Legal, and Finance leadership • Identify process gaps and operational friction points across the revenue lifecycle • Connect business pain points to BI, ML, and Generative AI opportunities • Define the business rationale for financial data needs and shape financial data strategy • Author Product Requirement Documents, functional specifications, and strategic roadmaps • Translate complex business needs into non-technical requirements for Technical Delivery Managers and data engineering teams • Align and accurately model Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes, including quoting, deal structuring, billing, entitlement, and revenue recognition • Validate pricing, order, and contract data • Build operational dashboards and troubleshoot data discrepancies • Support core enterprise business reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within Financial Systems (FinSys BI), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), or Revenue Operations in SaaS/Tech environments • Deep understanding of accounting concepts, billing systems, entitlements, contract lifecycles, and revenue recognition rules, specifically ASC 606 impacts • Strong understanding of enterprise data flows from ERP platforms including Workday, NetSuite, and SAP • Experience with CPQ/CLM tools including Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, and Ironclad • Proven data validation, process mapping, user storytelling, and functional requirements writing skills, including PRDs • Proactive cross-functional communication with finance, legal, product, and sales stakeholders • Experience working in Agile teams and remote, distributed environments • Native or professional bilingual fluency in English for daily written and spoken communication • Time-zone alignment with CST ±2 hours and flexibility to overlap standard US business hours
