📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document process workflows • Identify opportunities for process improvement and new application features • Elicit and document requirements • Capture user stories in Jira and ensure traceability to objectives • Keep the team aligned with MVP definitions and project time constraints • Translate expected application processes into functional test cases • Execute manual testing and document results • Collaborate with QA Engineers on regression and performance test cases • Identify and prioritize candidates for test automation using tools such as Playwright • Log, track, and manage defects and errors • Partner with Product Owners to identify project risks and define mitigation strategies • Track issue resolution progress • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) • Collaborate during beta testing to reproduce and resolve issues with developers • Monitor processes to maintain quality standards • Assist with change management, including training content creation, delivery, and communication • Troubleshoot errors with users and guide product adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years functioning in business analysis and quality assurance roles within an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) framework • Broad background with software development processes • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies • Familiarity with testing tools such as Playwright • Excellent analytical skills • High attention to detail • Familiarity with accounting and financial concepts • Successful track record of managing user requirements within strict project time constraints • Ability to quantify the potential business value of proposed enhancements • Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation abilities • Prior experience working with professional services businesses is nice to have • Experience in sports, media, and entertainment sectors is ideally preferred • Flexibility to overlap with North America business hours • English required for interviews, documentation, and daily communication
