📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable frontend and backend services and automated workflows • Use Java as the core backend language, Python, microservices architecture, and React for modern UI/UX • Bridge core software engineering and data engineering practices to support robust, high-performance platform systems • Participate in Agile/Scrum sprint lifecycles and drive delivery and ticket progression via Jira backlogs • Deliver reliable, high-availability services and performance optimizations within complex, data-intensive environments • Collaborate across distributed engineering teams • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and system debugging • Support a global recruitment, matching technology, and high-scale job search platform through modern microservices and web applications

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on professional software engineering experience working on enterprise-grade web applications • Strong backend expertise with Java as the primary language, supplemented by Python and distributed microservices architectures • Demonstrated proficiency in React and modern frontend web standards (UI/UX) • Strong understanding of scalable data architecture, performance profiling, and optimization techniques • Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills with practical, production-level architectural judgment • Ability to work within an enterprise-provisioned Virtual Desktop Infrastructure / Cloud WorkSpace (AWS WorkSpaces) • Must verify reliable network latency/connectivity to an AWS WorkSpace region by completing the official health check and submitting a screenshot of successful results alongside the profile submission • Minimum 6 hours of overlap with US Central Time (CT) business hours during a standard 8-hour workday • English required for interviews, technical documentation, daily team syncs, and operational communications
