📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy production dashboards and interactive reporting suites using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI • Write, maintain, and optimize complex, high-performing SQL queries, window functions, and CTEs to extract and transform large-scale datasets • Partner with business teams to define KPIs, translate complex requirements into technical solutions, and deliver actionable insights • Query, validate, and analyze enterprise data hosted across Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and other cloud data platforms • Independently manage analytical tasks within active Agile delivery sprints • Ensure high data accuracy and cross-functional alignment • Collaborate with distributed engineering and business teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst in an enterprise setting • Expertise in writing complex, highly performant SQL queries, including window functions, aggregations, and CTEs • Proven experience building production dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI • Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud data warehouses and analytical platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery • Strong analytical skills and experience partnering with business teams to deliver actionable insights • Minimum 6-hour overlap with US Central Time (CT) business hours during a standard 8-hour workday • English required for interviews, technical documentation, daily team syncs, and operational communications • Python or R experience for exploratory data analysis, data manipulation, and automation scripts (nice to have) • Familiarity with AWS or other enterprise cloud infrastructure environments (nice to have) • Practical understanding of dimensional data modeling and ETL/ELT data pipeline architectures (nice to have)
