📋 Description

• Build, optimize, and maintain Node.js microservices, REST APIs, and GraphQL or gRPC integrations • Develop reusable, accessible React UI components, content blocks, and dynamic form workflows • Design and optimize SSR and SSG workflows in Next.js • Define content schemas and models within Contentstack and other headless CMS environments • Implement and support A/B testing infrastructure, experiment tracking, and user personalization engines • Integrate external web services and third-party APIs, including Redis caching layers and mapping systems • Troubleshoot data flows and optimize web vitals and caching • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end automated tests • Enforce code quality standards with ESLint and Prettier in Git CI/CD pipelines • Use AI coding assistants to accelerate feature development, debugging, refactoring, and test automation

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5+ years of professional software development experience • Strong hands-on proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js • Advanced experience with React and Next.js or equivalent SSR/SSG frameworks • Direct experience building REST APIs and GraphQL or gRPC services • Experience configuring modern Headless CMS platforms such as Contentstack, Contentful, or Strapi • Experience writing unit, integration, and E2E tests with Jest, Playwright, or React Testing Library • Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines • Hands-on experience implementing web personalization engines and A/B testing frameworks • Active use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot • Familiarity with Emotion, CSS-in-JS, Storybook or Chromatic, and enterprise component design systems • Hands-on experience with Koa or Express.js and Redis in-memory caching • Exposure to Google Maps API integrations • Experience with web accessibility standards testing (a11y) • Flexibility to overlap with Central Time and Eastern Time / North America business hours • English required for interviews, documentation, and daily communication
