📋 Description

• Architect, build, and optimize core backend systems • Drive the resolution of complex distributed data challenges • Embrace and embed AI coding assistants into daily workflow • Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews • Design and maintain robust data pipelines and batch processing jobs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong production engineering experience in Java • Demonstrated comfort navigating and contributing to Kotlin codebases • Direct hands-on experience deploying services using Spring Boot • Experience managing large-scale data sweeps via Spring Batch (or equivalent batch frameworks) • Solid fundamentals in REST API design alongside practical experience with GraphQL APIs • Demonstrated ability using AI coding assistants in real-world environments • Clear understanding of relational/NoSQL databases, asynchronous messaging layers (e.g., Kafka) • Experience working within Agile teams and 100% remote environments • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
