📋 Description

• Develop services and jobs in Go, including batch and event-driven applications • Implement clearing pipelines for ingesting, validating, parsing, and transforming BASE II/equivalent files from Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and Amex • Implement reprocessing and layout version control • Integrate AWS services according to the solution design • Implement dead-letter queues (DLQs) and observability • Write unit, integration, end-to-end (E2E), golden-file, and inter-service contract tests • Efficiently model and access SQL/NoSQL data • Ensure consistency, deduplication, and robust reconciliation keys • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and pair/mob programming • Produce concise documentation and align with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams • Propose performance and cost optimizations, including FinOps initiatives • Tune queries and throughput and automate repetitive tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of and/or experience with Golang (Go) • Knowledge of and/or experience with clearing pipelines • Bachelor’s degree, technology degree, or postgraduate qualification • Experience with batch/event-driven services, context, concurrency, idempotency, and retries • Experience with AWS services, including S3, SQS/SNS/Kinesis, Lambda/ECS, Step Functions, Aurora/DynamoDB, and ElastiCache • Knowledge of dead-letter queues (DLQs) and observability • Experience with unit, integration, end-to-end (E2E), golden-file, and contract testing • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, consistency, deduplication, and reconciliation keys • Availability to work full-time
