📋 Description
• End-to-End Product UX Design: Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups • Lead the UX design for new AI-powered messaging features • Create design solutions to increase responsiveness between employers and job seekers • Partner closely with distributed, cross-functional teams
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of professional product UX design experience • Proven portfolio showing end-to-end product design • Hands-on experience designing complex workflows • Strong, current proficiency in Figma • Ability to integrate research insights and iterate on feedback
