📋 Description

• Lead design efforts for large-scale rebranding initiatives • Enforce UI consistency, accessibility, and visual standards across core web properties and product interfaces • Design, optimize, and maintain user interfaces within Enterprise CMS platforms in collaboration with engineering and content operations teams • Translate complex business and technical requirements into user journeys using sketches, wireframes, process flows, and interactive prototypes • Partner with product teams on A/B testing and multivariate experimentation frameworks • Use analytics to validate design choices and optimize user engagement and web performance • Incorporate usability testing, user feedback, and qualitative research insights into iterative design • Map complex information architecture, user flows, and operational processes across end-to-end product experiences • Monitor and optimize front-end web performance affected by design components, CMS platforms, and experiments • Collaborate with distributed teams aligned to Central Time and Eastern Time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Information Design, or a related behavioral science field • 3+ years of professional product UX/UI design experience • Deep hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, or Cursor • Proven experience designing for or working within CMS architectures and web publishing infrastructure • Comprehensive design portfolio demonstrating modern UI design, end-to-end interaction patterns, and user-centered solutions • Strong background in interaction design, visual systems, and large-scale UI rebranding/redesign initiatives • Ability to manage multi-team design projects involving product managers, front-end engineers, and marketing stakeholders • Nice to have: understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation setups • Nice to have: familiarity with modern web development practices, front-end constraints, and web performance optimization • Nice to have: experience with qualitative user interviews, usability testing, and user research synthesis • Flexibility to overlap with North American business hours • English required for documentation, meetings, and daily communication
