📋 Description

• Provide application support by analyzing and resolving incidents, user questions, and requests • Participate in multidisciplinary projects and squads focused on the continuous improvement of processes and systems • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating business needs into technology solutions • Serve as a functional subject-matter expert for procurement and tax processes related to SAP MM • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, processes, and procedures • Plan, monitor, and execute functional tests and user acceptance testing • Collaborate with business departments, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and delivery quality • Identify improvement opportunities and support the continuous evolution of corporate processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field • Knowledge of IT best practices • Experience in business analysis, process analysis, or a similar role • Experience gathering and documenting requirements • Experience with SAP MM • Experience providing SAP MM application support and working on SAP MM projects • Knowledge of tax processes related to SAP MM • Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) • Ability to analyze processes and elicit business requirements • Experience with SAP S/4HANA • Knowledge of SAP Fiori • Experience preparing functional documentation • Knowledge of SAP integrations with satellite systems • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
