📋 Description

• Handle and resolve technical support tickets related to clients’ incentive platforms. • Log, classify, and track support tickets, ensuring SLA compliance. • Extract, process, and cross-reference platform data to support operations, campaign calculations, and decision-making. • Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel / Power BI), ensuring information is clear and up to date. • Validate data consistency and quality, identifying and correcting discrepancies. • Support the Campaigns and Mechanics teams in reviewing calculations and results. • Document support procedures and maintain the technical knowledge base. • Identify recurring tickets and propose process and system improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Systems and Platform Support: diagnose and resolve technical tickets • Data Analysis and Processing (Excel / SQL): extract, process, and cross-reference databases • Report and Dashboard Development (Power BI): structure and maintain dashboards and reports • Support Ticket Management: log and track tickets in accordance with SLAs • Data Extraction, Cross-Referencing, and Validation: ensure information consistency and accuracy • Analytical Thinking: interpret data and identify patterns and root causes • Attention to Detail: ensure accuracy in data and reports • Clear Communication: present technical information in an understandable manner • Proactivity and Problem-Solving: take initiative in resolving tickets • Organization and Prioritization: manage multiple demands systematically
