📋 Description

• Execute and monitor Accounts Receivable routines, ensuring financial records and controls are kept up to date and organized • Support the issuance and review of invoices and debit notes in accordance with requests and internal billing procedures • Monitor customer due dates and payments, record receipts, and flag outstanding items or discrepancies • Reconcile receipts across bank accounts, the financial system, and internal records, identifying variances for resolution • Support collection activities by sending reminders, monitoring outstanding receivables, and contacting customers when necessary • Keep master data, spreadsheets, reports, and billing and collections information up to date, with close attention to data quality • Organize receipts and supporting documentation for financial transactions and support the area’s month-end close • Liaise with internal teams, Accounting, and customers to clarify billing and payment-related information • Support improvements and automation of Accounts Receivable controls and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines • Proactive approach to identifying outstanding items and discrepancies and finding solutions • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial tracking and reconciliation • Basic knowledge of financial processes, particularly billing, Accounts Receivable, collections, or reconciliation • Comfortable working with systems and learning new tools and processes • Experience with financial management systems or ERP platforms, preferably Omie, is a plus • Knowledge of invoicing, tax withholdings, or billing processes is a plus • Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or a related field is a plus
