📋 Description

• Gather and analyze software requirements and propose the best solutions • Filter, obtain, and process business requirements while supporting project initiation phases • Structure business requirement variants based on efficiency and optimal use of existing systems • Correlate business requirements and provide consultancy on optimal solutions • Document final functional and non-functional requirements according to internal standards and procedures • Develop collaborative relationships with internal clients and identify opportunities to increase client satisfaction • Communicate with internal customers to identify needs and evaluate technical alternatives • Analyze application-environment change capabilities and assess impacts on applications, infrastructure, and operations • Translate business requirements into functional designs, including data models, workflows, and business processes • Design and agree solutions with external providers, the application architect, and the team • Define requests for proposals for external providers and follow up on contracts, costs, deliverables, and timelines • Participate in effort estimations • Assist IT roles with requested information during implementation phases • Ensure workflows and internal IT procedures are applied and comply with external and internal regulations and procedures • Provide functional expertise and guidance on test coverage and results

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar position • Ability to work with design and PM tools: MS Visio, MS Project • Knowledge of modelling languages: UML/BPMN • Experience in process mapping and use-case driven design techniques • SQL database experience is a plus • Experience in insurance domain is a plus • University degree, preferably computer sciences or related technical disciplines • Sense of duty and responsibility • Ability to work both in large project teams and independently while maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders • Good oral and written communication skills • Customer orientation • Abstract thinking • Focus on process improvement and optimization • Flexible, independent and self-motivated • Technical and analytical skills • Negotiation skills • Problem-solving attitude • Ability to establish priorities • Very good English skills, both oral and written
