📋 Description

• Lead implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce clouds, for clients • Gather requirements and design solutions • Configure Salesforce and coordinate custom development • Serve as the functional and technical point of contact for the client • Manage workshops, demos, and training sessions • Ensure best practices, quality, and delivery compliance • Participate in new company initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• +3 years of experience in Salesforce consulting • Salesforce Administrator certification • At least 2 advanced Salesforce certifications, such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Direct client interaction in complex environments • Experience leading projects or teams • Ability to generate a backlog for the team • Communication and client-management skills
