📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with Sales, Trade Marketing, KAM, and Operations teams, translating processes into Consumer Goods Cloud solutions • Define the overall functional design for Retail Execution, including route and visit planning, in-store tasks and KPIs, assortment, shelf audits, and mobile order capture • Design Trade Promotion Management processes, including account planning, promotional calendars, trade-spend budgets, investment tracking, and settlements • Ensure solutions fit with Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud and integrations with ERP systems such as SAP • Participate with the Project Manager in validating technical designs, estimates, and scope • Advise clients on evolutionary roadmaps and new AI and Agentforce capabilities for Consumer Goods • Support the commercial team in presales and functional proposal definition • Mentor consultants, review their designs, and lead internal training sessions • Serve as the client's functional point of reference • Work with Project Managers, architects, and the commercial team • Develop consultants on the team

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience as a Salesforce functional consultant, with functional leadership in implementation projects • Real experience in at least one Consumer Goods Cloud project (Retail Execution and/or TPM) • Knowledge of the consumer goods business: traditional and modern channels, key account management, trade spend, sell-in and sell-out, and manufacturer-distributor relationships • Advanced declarative configuration expertise (Flows, data model, security, and automations) and ability to design multicloud solutions • Experience leading workshops and managing expectations with senior-management stakeholders • Native Spanish and professional English (B2+) • Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional accreditation, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications valued • Functional knowledge of integrations (MuleSoft, APIs) and SAP SD or TPM processes valued • Experience in presales and defining functional proposals valued
