âą Organize and lead periodic governance and steering bodies: steering committees, project committees, and meetings with vendor and integrator teams âą Ensure the creation of schedules for major and minor changes and their periodic updates âą Ensure detailed periodic reporting on assigned workstreams âą Serve as the coordination point between teams and client stakeholders âą Be responsible for maintenance activities carried out by assigned teams (functional, technical, etc.) âą Document the project scope and boundaries âą Validate all deliverables to ensure alignment with client requirements âą Monitor the financials of assigned activities to ensure revenue and margin targets are met
âą Minimum 10 years' experience managing SAP maintenance projects âą Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken âą Strong communication skills, sense of priorities, active listening, adaptability, coordination, and project management capabilities âą Client-oriented, team player with a strong sense of commitment âą Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent workstreams (projects, studies, incidents, etc.)
