📋 Description

• Working in a self-organizing team following Agile methodologies (Scrum) • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs • Co-creating business documentation • Designing functionalities using available tools • Preparing functional documentation • Breaking down features into smaller tasks • Implementing assigned tasks within the platform • Performing functional testing and supporting user acceptance testing

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a System Analyst • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex process-related problems • Ability to translate business needs into system solutions using available tools • Experience in creating and interpreting UML and BPMN models • Knowledge of required technologies: SQL, REST API • Understanding of basic programming concepts and object-oriented design principles • Experience with at least one workflow / low-code platform: Camunda, IBM BAW, Ferryt, or Pega
