📋 Description

• Run end-to-end discovery, from stakeholder interviews to technical deep dives • Turn business needs into clear, testable, and prioritised requirements • Map processes and systems using BPMN and UML to identify gaps and optimisation opportunities • Identify integration points across complex enterprise landscapes, including ERP, CRM, CMS, APIs, and data platforms • Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to shape scalable, future-proof architectures • Validate technical feasibility, security, compliance, and cost-effectiveness • Decompose complex solutions into deliverable, trackable increments • Lead requirements capture in presales and RFP processes • Shape solution proposals with Delivery and Engineering • Build credibility with C-level and technical teams by linking technology to business impact • Ensure delivery outcomes match intended business results • Use analytics and data to validate ROI • Drive continuous improvement of delivered solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT / Technical BA roles across multiple industries • Proven track record in enterprise-scale, multi-system integration projects • Strong background in digital product delivery from discovery to launch • Proven experience in solution discovery, concept development, and presales activities, including business analysis, process design, workshop facilitation, and translating business needs into viable solution concepts • Mastery of BPMN/UML and process mapping • Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and integration patterns • Ability to read and validate technical documentation, including API specs and DB schemas • Hands-on SQL experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and data analysis basics • Familiarity with Power BI, GA4, and Looker • Elite-level facilitation and communication from executive boardroom to development standup • Ability to simplify complexity without losing detail • Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement • Stakeholder management in high-pressure, multi-party environments • Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+) • Familiarity with Agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and Lucidchart
