• Liderar la implementación de soluciones Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, u otras nubes de Salesforce) en clientes internacionales. • Recoger requerimientos, diseñar soluciones, configurar y coordinar desarrollos personalizados. • Ser el referente funcional y técnico frente al cliente. • Gestionar workshops, demos y capacitaciones. • Asegurar buenas prácticas, calidad y cumplimiento de entregables.
• +6 años de experiencia en consultoría Salesforce. • Certificación Salesforce Administrator y al menos 2 certificaciones avanzadas (ej. Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud). • Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban). • Interlocución directa con cliente en entornos complejos. • Experiencia liderando proyectos o equipos, generar backlog para el equipo. • Habilidades de comunicación y gestión de clientes. • Inglés avanzado.
