âą Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications to meet clients' ITSM needs. âą Develop workflows, service catalogs and scripts on the ServiceNow platform. âą Participate in design phases and technical workshops. âą Perform unit testing and fix defects. âą Document developments and ensure compliance with standards. âą Collaborate with the Tech Lead and functional teams.
âą Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM. âą Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). âą Knowledge of ITIL best practices. âą Ability to work in an Agile environment. âą Proven experience as a senior developer, ideally in IT service management. âą Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including its key modules and features. âą Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills. âą Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. âą Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. âą Proficient with project management and task-tracking tools. âą Bilingual French/English (or another relevant language).
