📋 Description

• Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications to meet clients' ITSM needs. • Develop workflows, service catalogs and scripts on the ServiceNow platform. • Participate in design phases and technical workshops. • Perform unit testing and fix defects. • Document developments and ensure compliance with standards. • Collaborate with the Tech Lead and functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM. • Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). • Knowledge of ITIL best practices. • Ability to work in an Agile environment. • Proven experience as a senior developer, ideally in IT service management. • Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including its key modules and features. • Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficient with project management and task-tracking tools. • Bilingual French/English (or another relevant language).
