• Lead ServiceNow development activities, ensure technical quality, and support the team in implementing ITSM and ITOM solutions. • Define the technical architecture and ServiceNow development standards. • Supervise and coach ServiceNow developers. • Participate in design workshops with functional teams. • Ensure code quality, performance, and security of solutions. • Manage integrations with third-party systems (APIs, web services). • Oversee implementation of ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management). • Track deliverables and meet deadlines (Agile/Scrum).
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum in IT or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in IT and/or a client-facing role. • Minimum of 4 years' experience with ServiceNow. • Knowledge and understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices, or experience in business process analysis and design. • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or another programming language. • Required qualities: strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail and rigor, organizational and prioritization skills, decision-making ability, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
