📋 Description

• Manage transition activities for transformation projects, ensuring the smooth and efficient transfer of processes, services, and technologies • Coordinate internal IT, HR, and operational teams, as well as external service providers • Define and monitor transition milestones, timelines, costs, and deliverable quality • Support teams in adapting to new tools, processes, and ways of working • Develop communication plans covering progress, risks, and key decisions • Develop and roll out training and awareness programs • Identify transition-related risks and implement preventive and corrective actions • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly • Conduct post-transition reviews and recommend process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in transition management, change management, or complex project management • Proven experience managing transitions in complex organizational or technology environments • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and PRINCE2 • Change management and communication skills • Knowledge of transition management tools, particularly planning and risk-tracking tools • Proficiency in performance indicators and analytical methods • Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
