📋 Description

• Lead consulting engagements for Life Sciences clients focused on patient engagement strategy, patient journeys, operating model transformation, and digital enablement • Manage cross-functional teams and act as day-to-day client lead • Drive execution, align stakeholders, and scale patient-centric solutions such as patient support programs and engagement platforms • Own large-scale client projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence • Guide solution development and implementation • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle • Develop business relationships and serve as a trusted client advisor • Execute business development plans, including lead qualification, problem/solution exploration, proposal generation, and client meetings • Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor direct reports and client project team members • Support recruitment and development of high-potential talent • Facilitate client meetings and conversations that produce clear outcomes • Develop business presentations and reviews for internal and external audiences • Develop governance programs to define, monitor, and support programs and strategies • Evaluate and learn new tools, processes, and approaches to improve methodologies • Create methodologies and intellectual capital for the practice area • Represent the company at speaking engagements, networking events, executive events, seminars, and other marketing events • Travel periodically to client sites and/or attend designated hub offices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, or another relevant discipline • 5 or more years’ consulting experience in Life Sciences • Demonstrated delivery of patient engagement or patient support solutions (digital, CRM, or services-driven) • Proven ability to lead client engagements and teams • Experience managing complex projects involving efficiency, productivity, quality, cost, and digital capabilities • Well-developed business acumen, including policy alignment, concise communication, and technology solutions supporting strategic goals • Demonstrated success executing business development plans and goals • Technology strategic planning experience, including critical thinking and structuring ambiguous situations • Well-developed communication skills and expertise delivering compelling presentations • Effective problem resolution skills • Demonstrated customer focus • People leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring • Proven ability to build trusting interpersonal relationships and maintain professional demeanor under pressure • Ability to travel based on client requirements • Legally authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. full-time without sponsorship • Preferred: 8 or more years’ consulting experience, including team leadership • Preferred: Experience developing a technology practice or service offerings within life sciences • Preferred: Process improvement/Six Sigma/Lean Sigma experience • Master’s/MBA preferred
