📋 Description

• Ansprechpartner und Betreuung von Großkunden und Reseller im operativen Bereich • Betreuung des Anforderungsmanagements und Koordination der technischen Umsetzung und Installation unserer Stromzähler • Koordination von verschiedenen operativen Anforderungen in Absprache mit der Vertriebs-, Planungs-, Odering-, Logistikabteilung und Netzbertreiber • Identifizierung von Kundenanforderungen, Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten und Beratung der Kunden hinsichtlich unseres Produktportfolios • Projektcontrolling und Reporterstellung • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Meetings und Telefonkonferenzen

🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung (idealerweise im kaufmännischen Bereich) • Erfahrung im Bereich Mieterstromprojekten • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kunden- und Partnerbetreuung • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke in Verbindung mit diplomatischem Geschick • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit starker Kunden- und Serviceorientierung • Außerordentliches Planungs- und Organisationstalent • Umfassende Lösungskompetenz und technische Affinität • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse • Von Vorteil wäre Erfahrung in der Marktkommunikation
