📋 Description

• Manage inbound lead volume via the client's self-evaluator app and website chat contacts • Follow up with potential clients using predetermined outbound communication • Re-engage database leads to foster movement in the admissions process and share brand and treatment-option information • Determine lead viability as a potential client for programming • Create Salesforce inquiries for Admissions Counselors and initiate the sales cycle when leads are viable • Coordinate with Admissions Counselors on follow-up and next steps • Enhance early-stage lead viability and increase inquiry conversion

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of BPO experience in a Sales account • Strong ability to creatively problem-solve quickly • Conversion (sales) minded with an ability to work with a sense of urgency • Healthcare sales background preferred; not required • Ability to manage process, contain crisis, and work with a system with many moving parts • Skilled at authentic compassionate communication and an ability to instill motivation in a potential client • Ability to work remotely • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively within a team • Detail oriented, highly accurate and productive
