📋 Description

• Conduct the full recruitment and selection process • Post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, provide feedback, conduct final interviews, and prepare reports • Source and select qualified candidates • Administer and evaluate skills and knowledge tests according to the job profile • Keep the candidate interview pipeline up to date in the system for different positions • Provide clear, objective feedback to candidates and hiring managers about the selection process

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting and selecting candidates across different roles and profiles • Own remote work setup (computer, reliable internet connection, phone) • Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and tools • Ability to work independently and organize your workflow • Good communication skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Commission per hire (progressive by monthly volume): * 1 hire: 15% * 2 hires: 18% * 3 hires: 22% * 5 or more hires: 30% • Cost assistance (monthly stipend): * R$ 250/month * Conditional on closing a minimum of 2 hires in the month
