📋 Description

• Translate complex macroeconomic data, public policy reports, and sector studies into clear, concise insights aligned with client objectives • Evaluate macroeconomic trends, public expenditure, economic development initiatives, and regulatory frameworks • Develop compelling narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders • Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to public sector entities and international institutions • Partner with internal research teams to ensure analytical methodologies are sound, thorough, and strategically focused • Interact directly with public sector organizations, development funds, and consulting partners • Refine client deliverables and provide strategic guidance • Contribute to internal best practices for synthesizing economic data, policy frameworks, and public sector business cases • Support leading international institutions and companies with data and information for key business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or Tier 1 preferred) • Proven track record of delivering strategic insights and recommendations focused on economics, public policy, or economic development • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Finance, Business, or related field • Exceptional quantitative, economic, and analytical thinking skills • Strong storytelling and presentation capabilities • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization tools • Ability to distill complex socioeconomic data and policy issues into actionable strategic insights • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Client-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset • Passion for public sector transformation and evidence-based policy narratives
