📋 Description

• Manage full life-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in Production Planning and Manufacturing Execution and/or Quality Management • Evaluate business requirements and identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices • Plan, prepare, and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops • Design solutions and support adoption for identified gaps and business process improvement measures • Ensure system implementation together with nearshore/offshore team members • Act as a sparring partner for the client • Take on project management responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8–10 years of experience in this area • At least 2–5 full project lifecycles of work experience in SAP PP, QM • Profound Production Planning and Shop-Floor Manufacturing Execution and/or Quality Management process experience • Ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications • S/4HANA project experience and/or certification • Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects • Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience • Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology or equivalent • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency) • Project-related mobility/willingness to travel • CV must be submitted in English
