📋 Description

• Deliver HCM cloud transformation projects end-to-end • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and align with strategic goals • Provide expert guidance on HCM cloud capabilities, configuration, and best practices • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes through reimagined design experiences and technology • Manage large cloud HCM transformations for global, complex organizations across multiple countries and module rollouts • Design HR IT landscapes, select HR cloud vendors, assess HR cloud readiness, and design HR cloud operations and support models • Deliver HR Target Operating Models and experience-driven HR process design, including AI accelerators and AI-in-HR strategy/use-case design • Provide HR cloud workforce transformation advisory, including talent marketplace solutioning, skills-based organization, learning agility, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives • Facilitate HR workshops and create insightful presentations with actionable recommendations • Contribute to practice development, pre-sales activities, service offerings, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives • Lead teams and foster continuous learning and growth

🎯 Requirements

• Robust consulting background or business and/or corporate experience in HR (IT) Transformation, HR Cloud Advisory and Hire-to-Retire HXM Technologies • Experience in large-scale international environments preferred • Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for varied audiences • Experience in stakeholder management, executive-level facilitation, and leading transformation/change initiatives • Deep understanding of consulting capabilities including delivery excellence, pre-sales/proposal shaping, and coaching junior teams • C2 proficiency in the country's official language(s) and English; C2 proficiency • Willingness to travel/project-related mobility • Domain expertise in HR employee lifecycle/H2R, HR process design, formal process documentation, and detailed process maps • Experience translating employee experience needs into business requirements for digital and AI-empowered HR platforms • Knowledge and experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud and HR ticketing/workflow tools such as ServiceNow HRSD or Salesforce • Experience managing vendor relationships and technology selection processes • In-depth knowledge of designing and optimizing HR Operating Models • Ability to conduct HR and HR IT workshops and create recommendation reports, thought leadership, and transformation roadmaps • Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to lead project teams and mentor junior consultants • Demonstrable experience developing proposals and offerings • Contribution to practice development, go-to-market strategies, and developing others • Proven track record delivering HCM cloud transformation programmes: minimum 5–6 years for Senior Consultants or 8–10 years for Principals • Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and best practices • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, and current HR technology trends • Understanding of NextGen HR, AI/GenAI in HR, skills intelligence, and future workforce design • HR product and cloud module knowledge in Core HR, Performance Management, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Recruiting and Onboarding, Learning Management, Job Architecture and Skills Management, People Analytics, Time and Attendance, Total Rewards and Payroll • Experience with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies • Relevant HCM platform certifications preferred • In-depth understanding of the H2R cycle • HR cloud module-related knowledge and certifications • Practical knowledge of AI, GenAI, and automation tools transforming HR processes • Expertise managing complex, multi-regional projects
